Shipping and Refunds

At High Peak Gundog Supplies we hope you are happy with our products and this service is never required. However, in the event of any issues, we have a 14-day return policy, meaning that you have 14-days from the day you receive your order to request a refund.

Please note, to be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition you received them in, unworn and unused.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package to. Upon receipt of your package, once we have processed and inspected your item, we will notify you if there refund has been approved or not. If approved you'll be issued a refund to your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card to process this payment.

It should be noted that High Peak Gundog Supplies are not liable for any orders lost during shipping. Return postage is at your own risk, and proof of postage is required.

 

 Handmade Items

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on any incorrectly sized collars. As the size is measured by our customers and then made accordingly allowing for additional length as required due to the nature of the paracord 550.

A refund will only be accepted if a customised product arrives faulty or damaged. We do not accept returns on items which have been damaged due to incorrect use, storage or cleaning methods.

High Peak Gundog Supplies do not accept any responsibility for any damage or injury to dog or handler caused by misuse including but not limited to excessive pulling and incorrect cleaning.

Prior to shipping all of our products undertake quality control to ensure they are intact and in full working order.
